Looks nice, Dan. BTW I belive if you are ever looking for dulce de leche again (and I know we all are) I belive you can make it by roasting a can of sweetened condensed milk in the oven. Supposedly, they used to risk explosion and do it with a sealed can, but there is a way to do it with the can opened as well. I'm too lazy to google it right now but i'm sure it is out there somewhere. Loved the sailing photos too, by the way.
